leasing options

A great option  is a shorter-term monthly lease. No upfront cost and enjoy easy horse ownership with little financial outlay and pay on a monthly basis. The lease fees are not applied to purchase if you choose at a later date.

6-month lease is a good fit for someone who wants to buy but needs more time to decide or wants to show or hunt for a season perhaps their own horses is on the injury list or they want to try a new direction without full commitment. A buy out option is available within the first 60 days and all lease fee is applied to purchase when paid for at that time or half of lease fee if you want to buy at the end of the 6 months

Horse ownership with an easy end date! Need a confidence builder lease one so you can gain the confidence and fitness or want to have a fantastic hunt show year here is a perfect opportunity to meet your goals! We offer the same buy out option but give 3 months to convert to a purchase. Horse would need to be paid in full at that time a buy out at the end of the years lease we will credit half the years lease fee towards purchase.

We can assist you with if you need help with transportation if you don't have a trailer.  All transportation costs for pick up and return at lease end is the lessors responsibility.

All horses going off property are required to have full insurance valued at purchase price. Easy and affordable with equine insurance agencies and we can help with that too if you don't have one you use already.   

All associated costs such as board, farrier, show fees ,vet etc. is the responsibility of the lessor.  The horse is for all intents and purposes of the lessors horse for the time of the  lease.  Any costs associated with the horse during the time frame are not refundable.
